Regulations, no more than 10 entries may be submitted per envelope.
Please pay special attention to
the new entry form. A couple of changes have been made:

· The
top portion of the form contains a new field to indicate whether or not your
dog needs to be measured at the trial. As a result of the new regulations
which go into effect January 1st, exhibitors are no longer required
to submit height cards with their entry forms. Exhibitors that hold a valid
temporary or permanent height card for their dog need only check the
appropriate box. They do NOT need to send a copy of the height card with the
entry. Exhibitors with dogs that have an expired temporary card as of the
date of the trial, or that have a dog that has not been measured, must check
the box “My dog needs to be measured.” These dogs will have their armbands
withheld until the dog is measured by the judge of record for the weekend, or
by an AKC rep or VMO if present. Handlers are responsible for ensuring that
their dogs have been measured prior to running.

new form requires that the handler read and sign the BACK of the entry form.
